New customers will need to make a purchase to create a Mesa Stamps account. Once you have selected the stamps you wish to purchase and have added them to the Shopping Cart, you will be able to “Begin Secure Checkout” and create your log-in account with your e-mail address and personal password, as well as billing and shipping information. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your approved sender list to make sure you receive e-mail (such as order confirmations) from us.
Payment can be made with VISA, MasterCard or DISCOVER. Sorry, no American Express.
Payment may also be made via check or money orders if received within ten (10) calendar days of receiving your order. The order will be held until the check/money order clears. This usually will occur within 3-5 days of deposit into the Mesa Stamps account.

All shipments will be made within 48 hours of debiting your credit card or verification that your check has cleared. If you have paid with a check and there are any items out of stock, a refund for the unavailable items will be included with your shipment.
All stamps are F-VF NH or better unless noted.
- For all domestic orders (USA) add $6.00 handling charge.
- For all foreign orders add $5.00 handling charge.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority and your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase from Mesa Stamps, you may return it complete and intact for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.
As a policy, all of our stamps are F-VF NH or better unless noted.
All merchandise returned for credit must be in the condition you received it and in saleable condition. All items are returnable within 7 days of receipt.
To assist our customer services practices and to aid us in giving proper credit, please enclose a brief note of explanation with the returned merchandise, and provide us with the invoice number. All returns must be shipped, with transportation charges prepaid, to:

UPDATE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
To change your e-mail address, you have two options:
- Log-in to your account using the e-mail address (and password) you used at the time of opening your account. This will take you to your Account page. On this page you can change any of your account information including your e-mail address. The next time you log-in, use your new e-mail address.
- After building an order you can go to the View Cart page. At the point that you take Step #1 Shipping, you will be taken to a screen with fields where you can change your e-mail address.
